MBM GRADAUATION
In May 2022 I attended my graduation from the Master's Degree in Biblical Ministry. I was accompanied by my family, it was a very special moment.
The graduation was held in Los Angeles, California, at Grace Community Church. This was the largest graduation in the history of The Master's Seminary (150 students).
The start of the on-campus MDiv.
The Master's Seminary has an international scope, by the grace of God the seminary has been used to benefit other countries, such as Mexico, but also other places. For example: South Africa, Ecuador, Colombia, Canada, Lebanon, etcetera. Even the host is from Egypt.
11 countries are represented in the photo of the group of international students. Different languages, cultures, and backgrounds, but with the same purpose and desire, to prepare for ministry.
For TMS, wives are a blessing to the ministry of the ministers, so the welcome to The Master's Seminary was extended to the wives of the students. In my particular case, I have been highly benefited by God through my wife (Proverbs 18:22).

Working with TMS español
Every Monday morning TMS in Spanish meets to pray for the faculty, staff and students and also to plan the week's work. It has been a blessing to be part of this group of men.
More than 150 Latin American students are studying with us for one of our master's degrees. In the IDEX program we have more than 20,000 active accounts taking a Bible course.
Conferencia Expositores
Each September a Spanish conference is held at Grace Community Church. In this conference about 2,500 people congregate with one purpose, the edification of the church.
In this conference the TMS Spanish Seminary serves offering its different programs, Master of Biblical Ministry, Master of Divinity, and of course the Institute of Expositors (IDEX) (the program where I work).
El Instituto de Expositores (IDEX) apoya a los pastores en el trabajo de capacitar a futuros líderes en su iglesia local. Los certificados fomentan la unidad en los miembros del equipo de liderazgo por medio de una teología sólida y una filosofía bíblica de ministerio.
Student life
As an international student it's required to take 11 or more credits, but not less. This means more than 4 classes. This makes it difficult and reduces free time, but even in this the character of Christ is formed in us, because we know that we do not do it in our strength but in His strength.
This is not only academic but also a practical training. It's must be a good steward with time and try to fulfill the responsibilities with excellence, but always with the right motivation, the honor and glory of God.
Church Life
Local Church
After arriving in Los Angeles we were praying to the Lord to choose a church where we could congregate and serve. The first Sunday we arrived at Berea Bible Church (BBC) we felt at home. The expository preaching, the zeal for the Word, the warm acceptance from the brethren and elders made us know that we should belong to this local church.
After some time we became part of the Berean membership. My wife and I are involved in different ministries, my wife is in charge of media and design, and I am serving in small group teaching on Tuesdays. We both serve on Sunday mornings preparing a light breakfast for the Sunday school attendees.
BBC is led by able men who are faithful to God. Fallible men who depend on the hand of God, who consider the Word of God as the ultimate authority and sufficient for life and godliness. BBC is Led by men who believe the Word of our Lord when He said He would build His church.
One of my purposes in coming to study in person was to closely observe the lives of my professors and imitate their faith. In Berea I can see this, I see the sacrificial work and it motivates me to imitate their faith. My family and I are nourished by the preaching of the Word and edified through it and service to the brethren.
